I have been an RVT since June 2007. I grew up in Colorado and lived there until 2017, when I found my way to NC and Quail Corners Animal Hospital. I live on a small acreage with my husband and 7 year old son, four dogs, two cats, two goats, one horse and about a million ducks, guineas and chickens. In my free time (lol), I enjoy kayaking with family, painting, making "pet portraits" out of clay, going to the beach, and gardening. I feel extremely lucky in my career to have always worked in vet hospitals with outstanding veterinarians from whom I have learned so much. I am a huge advocate for pet insurance and love to chat about the pros and cons of many insurance providers and plans.
